Candidates with a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field are strongly preferred. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about scientific products, customer relationship management, and driving business growth across research, healthcare, and laboratory markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotech and research sectors Promote laboratory instruments and pathology solutions to key accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and research institutions Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to tailor solutions Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales leads Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events Collaborate with internal technical and sales support teams Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events Must be a U.S. citizen or valid Green Card holder

Preferred:
