Job Description
Syntix Bioscience seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on scientist who enjoys both laboratory work and collaborative client support in a dynamic biotech environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand mammalian cell cultures
- Develop, optimize, and document experimental protocols
- Accurately record and organize experimental data
- Establish, maintain, and manage cell banks
- Provide technical support by responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting scientific questions
- Assist with general laboratory operations and organization Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field
- Hands-on experience in molecular biology and cell culture (highly desirable)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese What We're Looking For
