Position Information Position/Rank Medical Geneticist / Rank Dependent on Qualifications Department 00848 - Pediatric Administration City Las Vegas, NV Track Track Dependent on Qualifications New Position to Begin Details The Division of Medical Genetics at the University of Utah School of Medicine is recruiting a Medical Geneticist to provide medical care to patients with genetic disorders, congenital anomalies, and metabolic disorders. Clinical activities will be conducted at Intermountain Health's Nevada Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, NV, or surrounding clinics. In addition to clinical service, there is an expectation for academic work including education, investigation, administration, and advocacy. Qualified candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Genetics. The selected candidate will receive a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics on the Clinical or Tenure Track at the academic level commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Department/University offers a competitive salary and generous benefits package including a variety of medical and dental plans from which to choose, paid time off, and non-contributory retirement contributions equal to 20.2% of annual earnings.
