PW Grosser Consulting is seeking a staff-level Wetland Scientist (1-2 years of experience) to join our team. The qualified individual needs to have experience with wetland delineations. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and team-oriented, ready to work with a cross-disciplinary team to provide exceptional professional services for our clients. Key Roles & Responsibilities Perform field work including wetland delineations, stream assessments, threatened and endangered (T&E) species surveys, stormwater inspections and sampling, and Construction Site/Duration Inspections for projects with SPDES Construction General Permit coverage. Assist with the preparation of wetland delineation reports and wetland jurisdictional determination / permitting documentation. Assist with environmental due diligence (Phase I ESA / Phase II ESA) field work. Requirements BS or MS degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a closely related field (e.g., Biology, Soil Science etc.) A minimum of 1 year of technical and/or field experience specifically assisting on wetland delineations Strong plant identification skills Strong writing and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a project team A valid drivers license and access to a reliable car Ability to carry up to 50 pounds Ability to swim Ability to walk for long periods of time Nice to have Environmental due diligence (Phase I ESA / Phase II ESA) experience GIS experience This position will be approximately 50% field work and 50% office work.

Full-time/Exempt Salary Range:
