No Duties and Responsibilities The person will serve as the education research implementation lead. Facilitate community of practice (COP) meetings with the ETHOS facilitators and also conduct research on it. COP work will entail handling logistics of our meetings, leading meetings, contributing Education expertise to discussions, documenting progress and plans, and updating our pedagogical manual. Will send follow up guidance to facilitators following the meetings, and work with coPI on ensuring that IRB protocols are followed and on research surveys and analysis. Will contribute to the preparation of manuscripts derived from the research. Will report to coPI's. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience A PhD in the field of Education is required. Has experience with qualitative methods in Education research. Qualifications PhD in Education, qualitative research skills, familiarity with the ETHOSeducational approach developed at Loyola University Chicago. Certificates/Credentials/Licenses A PhD in the field of Education is required. Has experience with qualitative methods in Education research. Computer Skills Basic word processing, spreadsheet, and data analysis skills are needed.
