000 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Work Shift Job Description This position will provide scientific leadership and oversight for all aspects of the research initiative, including study design, implementation, regulatory compliance, data analysis, dissemination of findings, and team management. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in psychology, neuroscience, behavioral science, public health, or a related field, along with demonstrated expertise in empathy, social cognition, developmental science, behavioral research, or related disciplines. Candidates are expected to have an outstanding record of scholarly publications, a strong potential to secure extramural research funding, and a commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration within a dynamic and supportive research environment.
