The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin seeks a visionary, innovative, and scholarly leader to serve Chief of the Division of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care. The ideal candidate Will define the vision and strategy to drive programmatic excellence, aligning with the clinical, research, education, and community engagement missions of Children's Wisconsin Hospital, Children's Specialty Group, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. As a key member of the Department of Pediatrics' senior leadership team, the Division Chief will be instrumental in expanding the division and cultivating new clinical and research collaborations across departments and institutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for the mission and vision of the Pediatric Adolescent Medicine Division, with a proven record of leadership, collaboration, and scholarly achievement. Relevant clinical expertise and leadership success are essential. Dedicate time to mentorship and research in an academic environment as an Assistant or Associate Professor at one of the nation's top medical institutions.Schedule:

Our division is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of adolescents through high-quality outpatient care at multiple clinical locations throughout Milwaukee. We are developing innovative programs to increase access to essential prevention services and medical care, with a focus on addressing both physical and psychosocial needs to ensure a healthier, more productive future for young people. Our team excels in providing specialized care for individuals with eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive health, and the unique needs of incarcerated adolescents and young adults. Moving forward, we are focused on expanding our outreach into the community and enhancing our practice to include substance abuse counseling and treatment. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of adolescents by providing high-quality outpatient care across multiple clinical sites in Milwaukee. Our focus is on developing innovative programs that improve access to prevention services and medical care, addressing both medical and psychosocial needs to promote healthier, more productive futures. Key strengths of our adolescent medicine team include expertise in managing eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive care, and supporting incarcerated adolescents and young adults. Looking ahead, we are eager to expand our outreach into the community and broaden our services to include substance abuse counseling and treatment. Qualifications Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent)from an accredited institution. Fellowship trained and Board certification in Adolescent Medicine. State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin. Rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful finalist.
