Job Description

Adjunct (Part-time) Faculty Position Anatomy and Physiology WVU Parkersburg is a Community and Technical College located in Parkersburg, WV along with Jackson County Center in Ripley, WV and Innovation Technology Center in Vienna, WV. We are not a branch of West Virginia University. We are dedicated to teaching and are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission to offer certificates, associate and bachelor's degrees. Adjunct faculty appointments are part-time temporary, non-benefits-eligible assignments for one semester in duration, with a teaching load not to exceed 9 credit hours. Effective Fall Semester, August 2026 Responsibilities This course will be in-person at our main campus in Parkersburg, WV. Requirements Master's degree in biology from a recognized, regionally accredited college or university OR A master's degree with a minimum of 18 semester hours graduate credit in Biology. College-level teaching experience. (preferred) Posted 05/05/2026 with an application deadline of 06/05/2026.
