Pure Source is a service company specializing in the cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, within the Aerospace, pharmaceutical, mobility and food/beverage industries. Our services are required for rockets to launch, jets to fly and medicines to be made. Position Opportunity Pure Source is in search of individuals to fill their entry position, Technician I. Pure Source Technicians work both in the field and at their designated Pure Source facility. This opening is for the Fontana, CA. location. When in the field Load/Unload Pure Source vehicle with proper equipment/chemicals for specific job assignment Connect and set-up Pure Source equipment to customer's systems to execute chemical cleaning process Works with various chemicals including but not limited to citric, caustic and other hazardous chemicals Proper installation, and operation of Pure Source equipment Perform chemical cleaning and passivation of vessels and piping in various industries, including biopharma, aerospace, and military Under supervision, the technicians will work together to complete the chemical process in a safe manner When in the Pure Source Shop Maintains work area Keep operation of tanks; including cleaning and filling tanks Use and maintain calibrated equipment Work with various chemicals such as acetone, IPA, and solvents Package components based on customer specifications in a cleanroom environment Assist other technicians/departments as needed Work within all training, quality, compliance and safety policies, practices and procedures All other responsibilities assigned by manager Qualifications Ability to travel land and/or air overnight Ability to work overtime when required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid class "C" driver's license and an acceptable driving record required Able to obtain a valid Medical DOT Certificate Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or respiratory for different chemical processes as necessary Benefits Pure Source offers employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k, family leave, training, paid time off and bonus'.
