In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy hands-on work, and are passionate about maintaining high standards, Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Carwash systems, and other mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, aschematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, including equipment repair and replacement of faulty parts. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Lead small maintenance projects or construction tasks as needed, coordinating with team members or contractors. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and equipment status. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively. Familiarity with construction practices and safety protocols related to building maintenance. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while working independently or as part of a team.
