This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with pipeline infrastructure, control systems, and heavy equipment, ensuring the seamless delivery of energy resources. Your expertise will help uphold safety standards while supporting operational excellence in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for a tenacious candidate that will sub specialize in Standby Generator connections to Natural Gas and LP Tanks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on pipeline systems, natural gas equipment, and LP facilities to ensure optimal operation. Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely during installation, repair, or troubleshooting activities. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) to monitor and adjust system performance. Conduct mechanical repairs on valves, pumps, compressors, and other critical equipment to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new pipeline segments or natural gas infrastructure projects. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations, including heavy lifting and working in potentially hazardous environments. Document all maintenance activities, system readings, and repairs accurately for compliance and record-keeping purposes. Standby Generator connections to Natural Gas and LP Tanks. Proven experience with oil & gas operations, pipeline maintenance, or related technical roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and automation technology. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various field conditions. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and system diagnostics. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments. Valid certifications or training related to oil & gas safety standards are preferred but not mandatory.
