Skills:
0-3 years in GMP pharmaceutical chemical analysis, skilled in conducting GMP chemistry laboratory analysis Skilled in conducting GMP chemistry laboratory analysis using wide array of reagents/chemicals and analytical tools Working knowledge of instrumentation listed in job duties, various Data Analysis tools and standard chemistry laboratory procedures
Required Screenings:

Local, State & Federal:
7-Year History Check).
Job Description:
Perform pharmaceutical GMP wet chemistry and instrumental analysis of raw material, in-process, finish product and stability samples in the quality control chemistry laboratory in accordance with GMP guidelines and sample specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow cGMP and company SOP and test methods Be ethically responsible for the data integrity of the lab generated data On-demand chemistry laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process, finished product, stability, water, and cleaning samples to support the manufacturing department including but not limited to: Level 1
Tests:
Description, color, pH, conductivity, osmolality, specific gravity/density, minimum fill, leak test, LOD, glove test, participate matter, TOC Level 2
Tests:
Viscosity, UV, FTIR, RI, ROI, wet chemistry tests, manual titrations, TLC Level 3
Tests:
PSD, Karl Fisher, Potentiometric Titrations Daily/Monthly calibration and maintenance of different instrumentations Perform and trouble shoot
USP, EP, BP, JP
monographs and in-house methods using wet chemistry and basic analytical techniques/equipment, such as pH, conductivity, viscosity, UV, FTIR, RI, ROI, manual titrations, etc. Perform verification of laboratory raw data Perform training as needed Actively participate in LIR root causes determination and conclusion Adhere to Data Integrity and EHS policies Provide completion of assignments and duties to meet the schedule, departmental and company goals Support Lean/5S initiatives Meet the department and individual performance metrics

Warehouse.

Days & Hours:
Full Time position; 1st shift (8:00am to 4:30pm); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$25.96 to $35.13 per hour; depends on experience.
Differentials:
2nd Shift ($0.85/hr), 3rd Shift ($1.10/hr), Core Differential ($1.10/hr),12 hour shift 6pm-6am ($1.10/hr). Benefits are offered. Drug Free Workplace Veterans Preference Equal Opportunity Employer
