Job Description

Job Summary As a Contract & Gas Management Analyst, you will enter and maintain contracts in a gas management system; ensure customers receive their contracted services; monitor and communicate maintenance and operational conditions to customers, interconnecting pipelines, gas control, and operations; and coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Key Accountabilities Follow the contract administration to corporate procedure for documenting, authorizing, routing, tracking, and filing contracts. Provide nomination assistance to customers. Communicate nomination and confirmation changes with gas control and interconnecting pipelines throughout the day/evening. Monitor interconnecting pipeline system notices to communicate with all necessary internal / external key contacts as needed. Able to analyze data and make decisions to manage daily and long-term business (natural gas flows, pressures, and continuous improvement initiatives). Work with interconnecting pipelines and shippers to monitor imbalances. Communicate scheduled maintenance and operating disruptions or conditions with customers, interconnects, and gas control. Extract data and prepare reports as needed, including daily operations and gas control reports, monthly invoices and storage, transportation, and fuel reports. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills which include the ability to convey confidence and appropriate urgency using a calm demeanor Strong analytical skills and proficient software skills including Microsoft Suite Ability to understand and manage daily operational constraints and customer concerns Capable of accurately applying calculations of flow rates, service fees and related computations. Minimal travel required. Work schedule will require rotating weekend / evening / holiday coverage.
