We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Chemical Lab Technician. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Chemical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production and quality control processes within our facility. This position involves working in a laboratory environment, where you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing chemical properties, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Required duties include, but are not limited to: Make new materials and modification of existing products per instructions. Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to analyze chemical compounds and materials. Materials testing using a variety of equipment. Quality Control, tracking and documenting. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety. Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to ensure product quality and safety. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Qualifying raw materials Following test methods and procedures Understanding of testing procedures, data and results. Report writing and presentation. Manufacture of pilot batches. Sample prep. of metallic test pieces. Participating in

Knowledge and understanding of some of the below topics: polymerization, epoxy resins, acrylate chemistry, coatings formulation, water based system, Principles of adhesive bonding, UV curable systems. Requirements:
Min. 2 years college education in chemistry, biology, engineering or related field. 1 year in an industrial setting. High energy and inherently strive to grow and improve. Must be technical minded and expected to have excellent math and reading skills. Must have reliable transportation. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be willing to work with chemicals, solvents, and acids. Must be eager to learn. All staff are expected to possess the following: o Responsible, mature attitude. o Full time, team-oriented work ethic. o Eager to learn and goal oriented. o Frequent absences are simply not acceptable. o Vision for improvement and profound organization.
