Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30

PM Pay:

$$22.50/hour Face must be cleanly shaved for the role.•

Summary:

This position is responsible for staging, filling, capping, labeling, packaging, and documenting liquid, powder, and lyophilized chemical products while following strict quality, safety, and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities:

Stage raw materials and packaging components for production activities. Fill, cap, label, and overpack liquid, powder, and lyophilized chemical products according to approved packaging specifications. Operate manual and semi-automated packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Complete packaging documentation accurately and maintain production records in accordance with ISO procedures. Verify product labels, lot numbers, and packaging specifications to ensure quality compliance. Deliver finished products to inventory and maintain accurate production records. Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Support quality systems and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with training new team members and contribute to a team-oriented work environment. Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or

GED. 5-6

years of experience in a chemical manufacturing, chemical packaging, or production environment. SAP experience or familiarity. Experience working in ISO-regulated environments. Pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory manufacturing experience. Experience with chemical mixing, labeling, filling, packaging, and handling chemical products. Strong understanding of basic math calculations. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to follow written procedures and detailed work instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Stable work history with demonstrated reliability. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs. Must be clean-shaven daily to meet respirator and safety requirements. Ability to successfully complete respirator fit testing). Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
