Summary Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Pay Rate :

Tuition Reimbursement Job Description Summary:
The Operations Technician is responsible for all aspects pertaining to the Hydrogen Peroxide Purification Process. This includes ensuring the transfer of materials, chemical additions, and blends in a safe and timely manner. The role will also include some heavy lifting, climbing stairs and routine outdoor activities associated with the plant. Operations Technicians are given levels, I, II and III based on their development at the site. This job description is for Operations Technician Level
I. RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and follow all general safety and quality requirements Understand the plant and its processes and demonstrate general operating abilities Perform line ups, identify valves, and piping to successfully operate the tank farm Operate the high purity hydrogen peroxide purification process and batching system Perform unloading of incoming railcars and loading of outgoing ISOtainers or tankers Perform sampling using techniques described in our procedures and perform basic lab testing Perform adjustments, and routine maintenance/inspections and upkeep of operations equipment Understand and be able to operate utility systems in the plant Participate in safety or quality investigations, process hazard analyses, or failure and effects mode assessments as needed. Complete assigned action items in a timely manner Assist level II and level III operators in routine and non routine LOTO, Car Seals, and completion of work permitting processes. Perform housekeeping in all plant areas as needed to keep a safe and healthy environment which supports a high purity operation Such other requirements as the Employer shall determine, in its discretion and in collaboration with operations
REQUIREMENTS
