This role requires accurate math skills, precise measurement, and careful following of batch formulas to ensure consistent and high-quality products. Candidates must be comfortable performing math conversions, using scales, and following written batch records. A math and measurement assessment is required. Monday

    6:30AM
  • 3:00PM Key Responsibilities Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, GMP-compliant workspace Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients using digital scales Perform batch math (percentages, ratios, unit conversions) and scale formulas Compound formulas for products such as perfumes, soaps, lotions, air fresheners, and essential oils Ensure correct raw material usage and verify batch weights Monitor batch temperatures during heating/cooling Complete batch paperwork and production documentation accurately Communicate with production team when batches are complete and ready to fill Assist other compounders and support production as needed Qualifications Manufacturing, chemical batch mixing, food/beverage blending, or similar experience preferred Strong math skills required (decimals, percentages, unit conversion) Ability to weigh, measure, and pour raw materials with precision Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and formulas Comfortable working with fragrance chemicals and production equipment Forklift experience a plus (certification provided if needed) Able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shift Why Join Us Growing manufacturing environment•unbelievable growth!
