12 Months We are hiring experienced Scheduling Analysts for temporary positions in Houston, TX. This role supports inventory accuracy, product movement transactions, and month-end close activities for Renewables or Heavies business lines. Ideal candidates have oil & gas experience, strong SAP skills, and advanced Excel reporting experience. Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify product movement and inventory transactions in SAP S/4
Analyze inventory builds/draws and reconciliation reports
Support schedulers, traders, accounting, and offshore teams
Resolve transaction discrepancies, ticketing issues, and data errors
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and inventory corrections
Prepare reports and summaries for management review
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Troubleshoot nominations and inventory impacts in SAP
Work with large data sets in Excel and ERP systems Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in scheduling, inventory analysis, accounting support, or related role
Oil & gas industry experience required
SAP reporting and transaction experience preferred
Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Backgrounds:
