We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want to grow their careers and make an impact in a dynamic environment. Position Overview This role supports the Land Department through a mix of administrative, analytical, and owner relations responsibilities. You'll work with division orders, land data, and owner communications while gaining hands-on experience in oil and gas land operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Process division orders (review, print, and mail)
  • Maintain and update ownership records and owner information
  • Enter and review data in land software systems for accuracy
  • Organize and manage land-related documents and records
  • Conduct ownership and property research
  • Assist with suspense revenue reporting
  • Manage land and owner relations email inboxes/voicemails
  • Communicate with owners via phone and email
  • Assist with lease preparation, review, and proofreading
  • Support document review, correspondence, and special projects
  • Required to pass pre-employment drug screening What We Offer
