Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Chemical Engineer to join our team and drive forward our manufacturing and process development initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in chemical processes, project management, and laboratory experience to optimize production efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan project schedules, manage timelines, and deliver results on time. Utilize AutoCAD and CAD software to create detailed process diagrams, layouts, and engineering drawings. Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to support process improvements and product development. Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and FDA regulations throughout all stages of production. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance quality control. Manage projects from conception through execution, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and progress tracking using project management tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in process engineering within manufacturing environments; laboratory experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of chemistry, manufacturing & controls (CMC), and FDA regulations applicable to pharmaceutical or biotech industries. Proficiency with Auto
CAD, CAD
software, and data analytics tools for process modeling and analysis. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), quantum engineering concepts, and CAD design techniques. Experience implementing lean manufacturing strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Excellent math skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets for process optimization. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
