In this role, you will lead innovative product development initiatives, optimize plating processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise in analytical chemistry, wet chemistry, and biochemistry will drive advancements in our plating technologies, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge scientific research within a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to manufacturing superior quality products. Duties Conduct comprehensive scientific research on plating materials and processes to develop superior coating solutions. Perform detailed analytical chemistry experiments using spectrophotometers, chromatography techniques (gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography), and spectroscopy to analyze sample compositions. Manage laboratory experiments adhering to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and
ISO 9001
standards to ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and optimize wet chemistry procedures for plating applications, ensuring consistency and quality in product outputs. Utilize laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data recording, analysis, and reporting of experimental results. Support product development initiatives by designing experiments, troubleshooting process issues, and validating new plating formulations. Conduct quality control assessments through rigorous testing in manufacturing environments, ensuring products meet stringent specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects involving quantum engineering principles applied to plating technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, or related field with proven laboratory experience. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including spectroscopy, chromatography (gas chromatography and HPLC), and spectrophotometry. Experience working within GLP, CGMP, and
ISO 9001
frameworks in a research or manufacturing setting. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data tracking and analysis. Hands-on experience with wet chemistry methods used in electroplating or surface treatment processes. Understanding of quality control procedures within manufacturing environments focused on plating or coating applications. Knowledge of scientific research methodologies and product development processes related to advanced materials or coatings.
