Key Responsibilities Design and execute analytical experiments using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques to support R&D and quality initiatives. Develop and validate new analytical methods to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput. Interpret data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to cross‑functional teams. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with SOPs. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Organize laboratory results into clear, actionable presentations and reports. Develop, write, and edit SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy. Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and documentation of all research activities. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on analytical equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Qualifications BS or MS in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution. 3+ years of relevant experience, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chromatographic instrumentation (HPLC, GC, LC‑MS preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute work effectively. Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in developing new approaches to analytical challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or data management systems.
