12 Months 100%Onsite Education Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline). Skills Preferred experience with Organic or Analytical Chemistry testing Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is desirable Experience with oligonucleotide chemistry, small-molecule chemistry, or related wet lab techniques is a plus Duties Provide technical support for diagnostic products Develop and design experiments; perform testing on Analytical Chemistry instruments; analyze data and summarize results Perform basic laboratory activities, including hands-on wet lab work supporting product testing and development, which may involve oligonucleotide- or small-molecule-based assays This position is part of the Technical Product Support team and will be primarily responsible for supporting oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation activities. The candidate will learn and apply the Quality System, document change control processes, and technical impact assessments, and will work cross-functionally with scientists and engineers to investigate and resolve technical documentation and product-related issues. A general understanding of organic chemistry principles and prior experience working in a wet lab environment—such as handling oligonucleotides, small molecules, or related chemical reagents—is highly desirable.
