Responsibilities:

Perform bench top experiments and analytical testing in the lab Evaluate new products for taste, texture, appearance, nutritional value, shelf stability, and compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. Contribute to the creation and launch of new or enhanced products, support existing product lines, assess ingredient options, and help achieve cost efficiencies within the Condiments and Sauces business. Partner cross‑functionally with Packaging, Quality, Operations, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales to plan and execute projects aligned with business goals. Carry out tasks including feasibility evaluations, development of prototypes, cost analysis, oversight of plant trials, preparation of formulas and manufacturing documentation, recipe and label creation, technical sign‑off, shelf‑life testing, and technical support during initial production runs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering 3-4 years of product development experience (no entry level candidates) Strong benchtop formulation capability Hands on expeirence running bench experiments, protoype work, and lab techniques Apply today!
