Crown Staffing is seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to join our team as General Utility Associates in Florence, KY. If you have a solid background in manufacturing and are looking for a stable role, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with production and utility tasks on the manufacturing floor Operate equipment safely and efficiently Ensure quality standards are met during production Support team members as needed to maintain smooth operations
Requirements:
Prior manufacturing experience is required Manufacturing involves creating a product from raw or semi-raw materials Assembly involves putting together components manufactured elsewhere Experience in plastics manufacturing (such as plastic mold injection) is a major plus Preference for candidates who have worked 12-hour shifts
