Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Bioanalytical Research Associate to support laboratory testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with analytical lab experience who can operate instrumentation, execute assays, and contribute to a high-quality, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics Operate analytical instrumentation, including liquid chromatography (LC), iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-Vis spectroscopy Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis Execute assays with accuracy and attention to detail under minimal supervision Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment Accurately document experimental data in compliance with cGMP standards using LIMS Support general lab operations and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience) 2-3 years of laboratory experience in bioanalytical or analytical chemistry Hands-on experience with chromatographic and/or spectroscopic techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Experience with imaged capillary electrophoresis (iCE) Familiarity with CEX or other protein separation techniques Knowledge of USP/EP compendial assays Additional Information What to Expect in the
