Job Description Eurofins PSS is seeking a Bioanalytical Associate Scientist to support small‑molecule bioanalysis at a client site in Boston, MA. This individual will be responsible for the scientifically sound planning and execution of experiments using LC‑MS/MS, with a strong focus on data quality, hands‑on laboratory work, and collaboration within a regulated environment. The role is scheduled to begin June 2026 and is ideal for an early‑career scientist with hands‑on bioanalytical experience who is eager to develop technical depth in method development, sample analysis, and data interpretation. Key Responsibilities Perform extraction and analysis of biological matrices including plasma, whole blood, CSF, tissues, and excreta Prepare samples using a variety of techniques such as protein precipitation, liquid‑liquid extraction, and solid‑phase extraction Conduct quantitative bioanalysis using LC‑MS/MS, including data generation, review, and presentation Support and perform ADME‑related assays (e.g., plasma protein binding, tissue partitioning) Troubleshoot analytical and instrumentation issues and perform routine instrument maintenance Document experimental data and results accurately and in compliance with applicable procedures Collaborate effectively with client scientists and internal teams to meet study timelines Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Hands‑on experience in small‑molecule bioanalysis using LC‑MS/MS Strong attention to detail with the ability to critically evaluate data prior to release Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based laboratory environment Experience with method development and assay troubleshooting preferred Proficiency with AB Sciex LC‑MS/MS instrumentation Experience with bioanalytical software such as Analyst, DiscoveryQuant, and MultiQuant Familiarity with laboratory automation platforms (e.g., Hamilton systems) and multiplexing preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Proficient with standard software tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Education and Experience Master's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline with 0-1 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience Additional Information What to Expect in the
