Supports downstream process development through purification and characterization of viral vectors, biologics, or recombinant proteins. Responsibilities include executing purification techniques such as CsCl density gradient ultracentrifugation, affinity and ion-exchange chromatography, and tangential flow filtration, while operating AKTA systems for purification runs. The role involves experimental execution, data analysis, process optimization, sample characterization, and maintaining GMP/GLP-compliant documentation. Requires hands-on purification experience, strong technical understanding of protein/viral vector purification principles, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
