Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an ADC conjugation chemistry scientist or senior scientist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing conjugation processes for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) to advance our drug discovery and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize conjugation strategies for linking cytotoxic payloads to antibodies
  • Develop and implement conjugation protocols for site-specific and homogeneous ADCs
  • Characterize and analyze conjugated ADCs using analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, and ELISA
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ADC projects from early discovery to preclinical and clinical development stages
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ADC conjugation chemistry and contribute to the improvement of ADC technology
Qualifications:
  • PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Extensive experience in bioconjugation chemistry, with a focus on ADC development
  • Proficiency in conjugation techniques, such as maleimide chemistry, click chemistry, and enzymatic conjugation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with characterization methods for bioconjugates
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
