COPY LINK link We are seeking an Associate Scientist II to support large molecule/biologics product development and stability studies within a cGMP-regulated laboratory environment. This role is responsible for performing analytical testing, supporting method development activities, and generating accurate laboratory documentation while adhering to regulatory and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific foundation in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Location:
Kansas City, Missouri Position type: Minimum 6-month temp/contract role (possible extension)
Schedule:
Fully On-Site | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$26.00/HOUR Key Responsibilities Laboratory Testing & Analysis Perform analytical testing of biologics and large molecule samples under cGMP guidelines Executependial assays including: Appearance pH Osmolality Particulate measurements Viscosity testing Perform testing using: Karl Fischer UV-Vis spectroscopy
HPLC/UPLC
techniques and methods including: SEC IEX RP-HPLC HIC Peptide mapping Glycan analysis Conduct aggregation testing including: MFI AUC SEC-MALS Perform capillary and gel electrophoresis techniques including: CE-SDS SDS-PAGE icIEF IEF Western blot Support testing using: FTIR Circular Dichroism (CD) Intrinsic Fluorescence DSC Assist with additional analytical technologies and methodologies as assigned Documentation & Compliance Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strong attention to detail Maintain accurate, legible, andpliant laboratory documentation under cGMP standards Assist with drafting simple methods, method forms, and result reports Ad to laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory procedures Operate laboratory equipment in a safe andpliant manner Team & Operational Support Train on and perform testing methods and laboratory techniques as assigned Support ad hoc testing requests and laboratory activities Contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused laboratory environment Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related Physical Science field required No prior work experience required Internship, academic research, or laboratory experience preferred Required Skills Basic understanding of scientific principles and laboratory concepts Strong written and verbalmunication skills Excellentanizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Why work for Adecco?

Pay Details:
