We are seeking a driven professional to support vital Quality Control laboratory activities in a highly regulated GMP environment. Our team is committed to operational excellence, and this position plays a key role in laboratory startup, readiness, and ongoing quality initiatives.Responsibilities:
Collaborate across site teams to implement preventative maintenance systems and support onboarding of laboratory equipment. Contribute to and review technical quality documentation, including SOPs, method transfers, validation reports, and safety evaluations. Coordinate and execute training activities, method transfers, and routine laboratory testing using analytical platforms such as H/UPLC, TOC, and osmolality assays. Provide operational support during weekends and public holidays as needed, while actively participating in audits and quality initiatives.Required:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Compendial testing, or a related scientific discipline; or High school diploma/GED with 2 years of work experience; or Associate's degree with 6 months of work experience. Background in chemistry and a minimum of 4 years relevant laboratory experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment with emphasis on analytical testing. Proficiency with analytical laboratory techniques, instruments, and industry regulations, including GMP standards, data integrity, and compliance. Experience with laboratory systems such as LIMS and LMES/CIMS, and familiarity with method validation, verification, and transfer.About SSI People:
