Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Nutraceutical Product Development Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of dietary supplement and functional food products, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations. Your expertise will drive the creation of cutting-edge nutraceutical formulations, leveraging scientific principles to bring health-enhancing products from concept to market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the health and wellness industry through impactful product innovation and scientific excellence. Responsibilities Lead the design and formulation of nutraceutical products utilizing principles of organic chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology. Analyze raw materials and finished products. Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development projects Maintain meticulous documentation of experimental procedures, results, and quality control data for regulatory submissions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred. Proven knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards processes relevant to nutraceuticals. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences such as product discovery, molecular biology, and experimental design. Familiarity with intellectual property law as it pertains to product formulation innovations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design experiments that address complex scientific questions efficiently. Pay:
$58,448.99 - $70,390.18 per year
