Onsite Overview Responsibilities Record and analyze data; draw conclusions and make recommendations for next steps Propose experimental designs for prototypes and test methods Evaluate new technologies for use in products/prototypes Participate in technical meetings to contribute in the development process, provide technical input, provide input to the status of deliverables and project timelines Create, update, and maintain electronic files Executing product development activities in the Home Care R D group with a focus on household cleaning products, ingredients, and consumer product regulations Under the supervision of a Home Care R D manager, develop product samples/prototypes in the laboratory, developing and executing test methods, compiling data and reports to make recommendations in a manner consistent with the C&D R D Core Principles of teamwork, consumer and customer focus, personal responsibility and integrity, and ethical behavior and practices Stay in communication with the team and daily supervisor to understand latest work priorities and expectations Depending on the individual's capacity, support new product innovation or claim support activities Requirements Record and analyze data Develop product samples/prototypes in a laboratory setting Develop and execute test methods, compile data and reports, and make recommendations Propose experimental designs for prototypes and test methods Evaluate new technologies for use in products/prototypes Participate in technical meetings and provide technical input Create, update, and maintain electronic files Stay in communication with the team and daily supervisor to understand latest work priorities and expectations Execute work consistent with the C&D R D Core Principles of teamwork, consumer and customer focus, personal responsibility and integrity, and ethical behavior and practices System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
