Contract on W2 About the Rol eWe are seeking a Lab Associate Bench Scientist II to support assay development activities within a dynamic R D environment. This is a hands-on laboratory role focused on executing experiments, generating high-quality scientific data, and supporting research and product development initiatives .The ideal candidate will have experience with ELISA-based assays, strong laboratory fundamentals, and a passion for bench science. Candidates with automation experience and a collaborative mindset are highly encouraged to apply .Responsibilitie sPerform laboratory experiments using established scientific methods and protocols .Execute ELISA and other immunoassay-based assays to support assay development activities .Prepare buffers, reagents, and biological samples for analysis .Maintain accurate experimental records and laboratory documentation .Analyze and interpret experimental data .Collaborate with scientists and project teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize methods .Follow GLP standards, laboratory safety procedures, and internal documentation requirements .Support multiple projects in a fast-paced and evolving R D environment .Required Qualification sBachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field .2-4 years of relevant laboratory experience .Hands-on experience performing ELISA assays .Strong laboratory skills including pipetting, buffer preparation, sample handling, and laboratory documentation .Ability to follow scientific protocols and adapt to changing project priorities .Excellent communication and teamwork skills .Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week .Preferred Qualification sExperience with MSD (Meso Scale Discovery) platform .Assay development and optimization experience .Experience with antibody titration and characterization studies .Familiarity with antibody biotinylation and HABA assays .Experience with laboratory automation platforms such as Hamilton, Tecan, Beckman, Integra, or similar systems .Experience using LIMS and/or Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) .Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word .Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot .
