Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Batch Record Reviewer to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all production batch records are accurately reviewed, compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and aligned with quality standards. Your meticulous attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of our manufacturing processes, support regulatory compliance, and uphold product quality. Responsibilities Review manufacturing batch records thoroughly to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CGMP guidelines. Ensure all documentation reflects proper procedures for materials handling, packaging, machining, and laboratory testing. Collaborate with production teams to resolve discrepancies or issues identified during record review. Maintain detailed logs of batch record reviews and document any deviations or corrective actions taken. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement related to documentation practices. Assist in training new team members on batch record review procedures and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of equipment such as forklifts when necessary for materials handling or warehouse activities. Skills Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production environment. Experience working within manufacturing settings, particularly in pharmaceutical or biotech industries adhering to CGMP standards. Proficiency in laboratory procedures and familiarity with packaging processes. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently for materials handling and warehouse tasks. Knowledge of machining processes and materials management within a manufacturing context. Prior warehouse experience supporting inventory control, logistics, or materials movement. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple documentation tasks accurately.
