We have a fast-paced production environment where every decision has a direct impact on the products we create and the customers we serve. This is a role for a high-level technical generalist —someone who can command the details of a complex formulation while simultaneously managing the broader business strategy and client accounts. You will step into every corner of the business with main priorities on internal operations and our key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Quality Assurance:

Lead the daily production schedule and act as the QA Lead. This includes directing the "day-to-day" of the business including assisting in employee task management, scheduling, monitoring costs (COGS), and managing vendor relationships. You will ensure our skincare and OTC products meet all FDA/GMP standards, managing batch records, lot tracking, and SOPs.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our top-tier clients, ensuring their production needs are met with precision and excellence.

Strategic Support:

Work directly with the owner on strategy to scale the business and reach new milestones. Using your technical insight to identify new product opportunities and manufacturing efficiencies.

Software Implementation:

Assist in the transition to our new MRP/QMS software. You will be responsible for turning high-level goals into actionable data for every product line. Who this role may be right for:

The Aspiring Business-Minded Chemist:

You may currently be a Cosmetic Chemist or Formulation Scientist who loves the science but feels siloed in a lab. You have a deep understanding of ingredients, stability, and R D, but you find yourself asking, "How do we scale this efficiently?" or "How do we make this more profitable?" This role offers you a seat at the leadership table where your technical knowledge will inform high-level business decisions, procurement strategy, and client relations. We will teach you the "business of the bottle"—from P&L management to facility operations—turning your technical foundation into executive-level expertise.

Operations & Manufacturing Experience:

You likely have experience in manufacturing or operations, and you prefer a lean environment where you can see the results of your work immediately.

Analytical & Technical:

You should be comfortable with manufacturing math, cosmetic formulation, technical specifications, and the regulatory requirements of an OTC facility.

High Integrity:
