Responsibilities Prepare and measure raw materials accurately according to batch formulas and production schedules Operate machinery involved in mixing, blending, and batching processes with attention to safety and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including the warehouse and laboratory spaces Use forklifts and other equipment safely for materials handling and inventory management Collaborate with team members to optimize lean manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing or related production environments preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and materials handling techniques Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus Familiarity with CGMP standards and laboratory procedures is advantageous Experience with packaging operations and machining processes is beneficial Warehouse experience will help in managing inventory and raw materials effectively Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role Join us as a Batch Maker and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing top-quality products through innovative manufacturing practices.
