R D Technical Intern Why This Role Matters The R D Technical Intern will support product development, laboratory testing, and process improvement initiatives that help drive innovation and product quality within our manufacturing operations. This internship provides hands-on experience working with industrial chemistries while gaining exposure to research and development, quality systems, and manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or product development careers. What You Will Do Assist the R D team with product formulation, laboratory testing, and process development activities. Support testing and evaluation of silicone, acrylic, epoxy, and aqueous chemistries. Perform calibration and validation of laboratory equipment and solutions. Help troubleshoot production and quality challenges alongside R D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and organized test data. Follow

2015 quality standards and laboratory safety procedures. Participate in continuous improvement and special R D projects as assigned. What You Will Bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field. Previous laboratory experience through coursework, research, or internships preferred. Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment. Interest in product development, chemical formulation, and manufacturing operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. What's In It for You Hands-on experience in an industrial R D laboratory environment. Compensation Information:
