Join Adare Pharma Solutions, a global CDMO partnering with emerging biotechs and leading pharma to deliver life-changing medicines. What you'll take on Support R D Formulations on development through commercial-scale batches, helping prove out robust processes and formulations. Plan, coordinate, and execute cleaning, process validation, and CMS technical / process operations with Quality, Operations, R D, and Regulatory Affairs. Keep sampling and testing on schedule, with clear documentation. Draft technical reports and assist in preparing master formulary records. Follow protocols and batch records; relay observations to CMS Manufacturing Associates and the R D Formulation team. Pitch in with additional responsibilities as needed. Hands-on exposure to dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, and coating. Bring your strengths High school diploma plus 5+ years in pharma (or an equivalent mix of education and experience). Cross-trained in unit operations:
granulation, blending, compression, coating, encapsulation. Experience with granulators, tablet presses, coaters, and encapsulators. Mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. Working knowledge of cGMP. Familiarity with analytical laboratory testing. Comfort with Microsoft Office and related applications. Ability to travel occasionally and work weekend shifts when required.
