Job DescriptionPerform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, including peptide mapping, oligosaccharide mapping, or other routine methodsSample preparation, distribution, and data collection for primary structure studiesConduct analysis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the departmentEnsure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualificationQualificationsCompleted Bachelor's degree in a scientific concentrationBasic understanding of Chemistry of amino acids and protein structureKnowledge of LC and LC/MS is requiredAbility to perform minimal instrument maintenanceMust be highly organizedGood written and verbal communication skills are requiredMust maintain laboratory notebooks in a GXP compliant manner and write technical memosAuthorization to work in the United Sates indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
