  • Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, lab automation, workflow implementation, or platform enablement environments
  • Experience working in matrixed, multi-system laboratory environments
  • Hands-on experience with purification systems or purification kits
  • Familiarity with LCMS-based workflows
  • Experience supporting platform buildout, lab automation, or technology implementation
  • Experience in automation-enabled discovery or analytical labs
  • Background in pharma, biotech, or advanced research environments Job Description We are seeking an Analytical Workflow Implementation Scientist to support the implementation and operationalization of automated analytical and purification workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of analytical chemistry, automation, and laboratory systems integration. The successful candidate will help transition the laboratory from independent, manual analytical processes to a connected, automated ecosystem that supports high-throughput, data-driven small molecule discovery. This is not a traditional bench analytical role and not an engineering repair role. The focus is on workflow orchestration, implementation readiness, and operational integration across multiple analytical and purification systems.
Compensation:
$50-55/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k
  • retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
