QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Completed bachelors degree in a scientific concentrationPharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with SDS-PAGE, Western blot, Simple Western, HPLC / UPLC, SEC, cIEF, flow cytometry, DLS / SLS (light scattering methods), plate reader fluorescence / luminescence, A260/280, and/or SoloVPEStrong organizational skills and data management (e.g., electronic laboratory notebook compliance, Empower or similar chromatogram integration software)Aseptic sample handling skills and experience (working in a Biosafety Cabinet)Willing and able to work safely with BSL2 biological agents, such as live virusesAbility to work in a dynamic team-centered environment, coordinating work with team leads and colleagues with strong communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with small scale bioprocess unit operations (e.g., depth filtration, preparatory chromatography / FPLC, tangential flow filtration, bioburden reduction / sterile filtration) Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., but may vary to meet the assay needs; overtime as needed.
