The ideal candidate must meet all CLIA requirements for the position. The candidate must be able to travel to all laboratories to perform duties, and must be reasonably available to laboratory personnel if not on site. Responsibilities Qualifications (Required) Bachelor of Science or master's degree in medical technology. (Laboratory Science), Biology or Chemistry (Required) 4 years of Andrology experience, 2 years' experience with a Master's degree (Preferred) Previous Technical Supervisor experience Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
