About R D Roles at Danaher Are you driven by curiosity, discovery, and a desire to contribute to meaningful scientific innovation? As an R D Intern at Danaher, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the development of cutting-edge immunoassays for fully automated diagnostic systems that impact patient care around the world. You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced scientists and contribute to real product development. What You Might Work On Participating in general laboratory operations including reagent preparation, material inventory, and equipment maintenance Supporting immunoassay development teams with experimental setup, data collection, and documentation Conducting laboratory studies to evaluate assay performance under guidance from scientific staff Applying scientific methods and good laboratory practices in day-to-day tasks Documenting work in accordance with research protocols and regulatory requirements Who This Is For Students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field 0-2+ years of laboratory experience (course-based experience accepted) Basic understanding of scientific methods and good laboratory practices Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
