Credentials & Compliance Licensure:
Active Arizona medical license required. If not currently held, proof of application required.
Credentialing timeline:
Completed applications due within 7 days of receipt.
Training:
Mandatory remote Cerner training must be completed prior to start date. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for cases at Flagstaff Medical Center. Participate in scheduled 24-hour call coverage. Complete all medical records promptly to avoid documentation deficiencies. Maintain accurate case logs for credentialing and billing. Start Requirements AZ license or proof of application Completed Cerner training Submitted credentialing application within 7 days of receipt
