Job Description

Hematology & Oncology opportunity in Lakewood Ranch, Florida offering a highly attractive compensation package with base salary, incentive bonuses, and a fast-track partnership track after just one year. Join a thriving, physician-led cancer center with state-of-the-art facilities, strong referral base, and a balanced 4-day clinic schedule in one of Florida's most desirable Gulf Coast regions. Competitive base salary with incentive bonus structure. Fast-track partnership opportunity available after 1 year. Full-time Monday - Thursday clinic schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Approximate patient volume of 20 patients per day with 50/50 Hematology and Oncology split. Weekend hospital call every 4 weeks (limited burden, ADC typically 1 patient). Call coverage from Thursday 4 PM through Monday morning with rounding at nearby hospitals only. Practice consists of 3 comprehensive cancer centers in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton. Modern, state-of-the-art oncology facilities with full infusion suite. On-site clinical laboratory, PET/CT imaging, and integrated oral pharmacy. Established team of 4 Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology physicians. Supported by a large primary care referral network of 100+ physicians. Strong autonomy within a smaller hematology/oncology division allowing meaningful physician input. Excellent balance of independence and system-wide clinical support.
