Day | Full time What You Will Do Drive the end-to-end execution of research protocols by collaborating with Principal Investigators and sponsors to plan, conduct, and evaluate complex clinical projects from inception to completion. Lead participant engagement and advocacy by managing the recruitment, selection, and scheduling of study participants while ensuring their safety through meticulous monitoring and adverse-event management. Champion regulatory excellence and IRB compliance by coordinating all Board activities, preparing essential documentation, and maintaining "audit-ready" databases to meet the highest industry standards. Orchestrate cross-functional communications by developing high-impact presentations and educational materials that bridge the gap between research staff, departments, and external partners. Safeguard clinical integrity by proactively monitoring project progress and implementing rigorous quality controls to ensure every study meets stringent federal and institutional regulations. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire dateor job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtainedprior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
