Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator Location:

Permanent with comprehensive benefits package included Role Overview The Bilingual CRC will support clinical trials from study start‑up through close‑out, with a strong focus on participant experience, protocol compliance, and high‑quality data collection. This role requires Spanish fluency and hands‑on clinical research experience. Screen, consent, enroll, and manage study participants throughout the trial lifecycle Conduct study visits and procedures, including vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs , and sample processing Identify, document, and report AEs/SAEs ; review labs and diagnostics with investigators Maintain accurate, real‑time source documentation and resolve EDC queries Manage investigational product accountability and study supplies Support patient recruitment efforts and community outreach Coordinate site visits and collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams Ensure protocol adherence, GCP compliance, and a high‑quality participant experience Qualifications 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience required Phlebotomy experience required Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required Strong working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines Proficiency with EDC systems , clinical databases, and MS Office Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) State‑specific certifications as required Ability to travel regionally up to 10% Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dalton, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
