Evergreen Clinical Trials is seeking a Medical Doctor (MD/DO) without an active medical license to join our growing research team as a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator . This role is ideal for MDs who are not currently licensed to practice clinically but are interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research , expanding their medical knowledge, and contributing to the advancement of medical science.

  • $65,000 per year (based on experience) Plus performance-based bonuses About the Role As a Medical Doctor Research Coordinator, you will support Phase I-V clinical trials involving investigational medications and medical devices across multiple specialties, including: Psychiatry Internal Medicine Neurology All responsibilities are performed under the supervision of Principal Investigators and in accordance with FDA regulations and study protocols.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and conduct intake assessments for potential study participants Obtain informed consent in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements Conduct study visits, including: Vital signs Phlebotomy EKGs Ultrasounds Medical histories and concomitant medications Accurately document study data, protocol notes, and source documents Serve as a primary point of contact for study participants Maintain study binders, regulatory documentation, and data entry systems Manage inventory and ordering of study supplies and equipment Ideal Candidate Medical Doctor (MD/DO or equivalent), no active U.S. medical license required Strong interest in clinical research and drug/device development Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research team Prior clinical or research experience preferred but not required, paid training provided What We Offer Paid, structured clinical research training Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses Full benefits package: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Why Join Evergreen Clinical Trials?
