Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Evaluate and manage new and established patients Average patient volume of 12-15 patients per day Treat a diverse case mix including: Solid Organ Tumors Breast Cancer Gynecologic Malignancies Benign and Malignant Hematology Disorders Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Participate in tumor boards and clinical discussions Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care Academic & Research Opportunities Teach residents and medical students Participate in clinical trials Receive mentorship and support within a growing oncology program Contribute to the development of a new and expanding team Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Unrestricted prescribing authority Clean malpractice and background history Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows.
